Our Mission and Vision
The Jerusalem American International School (JAIS) and American International School of Israel (AIS) are part of the Walworth Barbour American International Schools (WBAIS) located on 2 campuses, and have a mutual Mission and Vision.
JAIS is the smaller, more intimate campus in the heart of vibrant Jerusalem. At JAIS, we are uniquely positioned to “build bridges across Jerusalem, and the world”. We learn from the rich diversity around us and reflect on our own agency, finding ways to support and connect, as we propel forward - exploring, and shaping our shared future.

About the Profile of a Learner
Our community has identified seven key elements of what has come to be known as the Profile of a Learner. These are attributes that drive our community and are the basis of all learning and interactions.
