Coach Ross has a B.A. and B.Ed. from York University of Toronto, Canada, with a specialization in physical education (primary/junior/intermediate) and mathematics. Ross has taught for the last 25 years in a variety of positions and for the last seven years as a full-time physical educator where he developed a leadership program for middle school students. He has coached and developed programs to suit the needs of a variety of children, in an inclusive way. Ross is joining the JAIS faculty in 2018 and will be teaching part-time in P.E., middle school project time, and advisory. He is also excited to join the after-school activities program to share interests in chess, books, board games, frisbee, and sports.
