CIT – Counselor In Training
The Counselor in Training Program is for students who have completed 7th grade and are interested in working with children. Every CIT will be assigned a counselor who will mentor and assist him/her in learning the skills needed to be a counselor.

Junior Counselor
Junior Counselors are teenagers 14 to 18 years of age who have already been CIT’s and/or have experience working with children of different age groups. A Junior Counselor must be able to obtain a work permit and will be paid a basic salary.
